Astedt Leaves Kassouf Short

Level 6 : 400/800, 800 ante

We picked up the action when the board was complete 58A52 with around 32,000 in the pot.

Both players checked and Niklas Astedt showed A9 for the winning hand leaving William Kassouf short stacked.

Not so marvelous for the Brit who showed KJ for his busted flush draw.

Auzoux Wins with "Creativity"

Action started with an open to 1,600 from Giuliano Bendinelli only to face a there-bet from David Boyaciyan to 5,000. Gregoire Auzoux called the 5,000 as did Bendinelli.

The three players went to a flop of 775 and this time Boyaciyan continued for 12,500 and only Auzoux made the call. The two went to the turn card of 3 and both players checked.

The river brought the A and Auzoux announced that he was all in for his remeaining 34,000. Boyaciyan tanked for a few seconds, then mucked his hand. Auzoux let out a sigh of relief and showed KQ and shouted to the table "Creativity!" It certainly was a bold move from the Frenchman.
