De Souza Doubles in a Multi-way Pot

Level 10 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Sirzat Hissou raised to 18,000 in early position and picked up calls from Seth Davies in the cutoff, Belarmino De Souza in the small blind and Hugo Pingray in the big blind.

The dealer fanned the flop of {q-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{7-Hearts} and Hissou continued with a bet of 22,000. All three of his opponents called and there were still four players alive heading to the {k-Diamonds} on the turn.

Hissou fired out another bet of 84,000 on the turn and Davies quickly folded. De Souza jammed all in for 167,000 which got a fold from Pingray and Hissou asked for a count before making the call.

De Souza tabled {10-Spades}{9-Spades} for a straight while Hissou needed some help with {k-Hearts}{q-Spades}. The river was the {8-Hearts} and De Souza held on for more than a double up.
