Spekman Double Leaves Astedt on Fumes
Over on the outer table, Peter Jorgne and Saar Wilf claimed the blinds and big blind ante with successful open raises.
The third raise in a row came from Niklas Astedt as he made it 160,000 to go. Denzel Spekman in the small blind three-bet to 550,000 and it folded back to Astedt, who clicked it back to 1,150,000. Spekman then five-bet all-in and Astedt snap-called.

With both players holding near even stack sizes, it would be a crucial showdown on the outer tables and Astedt had the best of it. That, however, changed on the flop as Spekman improved to jacks full.
Now it was Astedt with just two outs, which he missed on the turn and river. Both stacks were counted as Spekman doubled for 2,600,000, leaving Astedt on just over two blinds.
