Beresford Chips Up With Two Pair
Ian Bradley raised from middle position and Conor Beresford reraised to 3,500. Bradley called and the flop was dealt. The cards came and both players checked.
On the turn, Bradley checked and Beresford announced his bet of 4,000, which Bradley called. The river was the and Bradley checked again. Beresford wasn't content to check it back, instead betting with a stern value bet of 12,000. Bradley called the bet and Beresford showed for two pair.
The same two players were once again involved with the following hand, but action checked on the flop, turn and river. This time, it was Bradley who had the best of it with his two pair, but he didn't manage to extract much value. It was Beresford who came out on top of the exchange and he continues to chip up early in the event.
