Jason Wheeler raised to 45,000 in the hijack with Q♦10♥ and was called by Andrew Hulme on the button with 3♠3♦ and Mike Watson in the big blind with K♠8♥. The flop came J♦8♠5♦ and Wheeler continued with a bet of 75,000. Hulme got out of the way but Watson called with his middle pair.
The turn brought the 2♣ and Watson checked again. Wheeler put together a second barrel of 135,000 and Watson still called. The 6♦ completed the board and Watson checked for the third time. Wheeler announced all in and Watson was forced to let the best hand go.
