Sargsyan Outkicked in Big Pot

Level 6 : Blinds 400/800, 1,000 ante

On a completed board of 933J2, Aram Sargsyan checked to Nicolas Julien. Julien put out a bet of 14,000 into a pot of 19,500 and Sargsyan immediately made the call with the chip he was holding the entire street.

Julien happily showed KJ, which frustrated Sargsyan as he tabled a Jx to signify that he had the same pair with a weaker kicker. Sargsyan was left with less than 10 big blinds, but he recouped some chips from Julien the next hand as he check-raised the flop all in after defending his big blind.
