Zanasi Calls the River; Demlakian Gets a Shove Through

Level 1 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante

Action was heads up with over 2,000 in the middle when Victor Der Megriditchian fired 1,200 before Massimiliano Zanasi called from two seats over. Der Megriditchian turned over the dusty 76 and Zanasi showed 102 to take the pot with a pair of tens.

On another table, Almatbek Mykhanov limped in from early position before a player next to him raised to 800. Ken Demlakian three-bet to 2,700 from the big blind and Mykhanov fired back 12,700 before the player next to him got out of the way. Demlakian called to see a flop of 942 and Demlakian shoved 21,000. Mykhanov took a beat and tossed his cards into the muck to give up the pot.
