Nut Flush for Mr. Belvedere

Level 4 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante
Carmine Belvedere
Carmine Belvedere

In a three-way pot on a flop of 7210, Jordi Torner checked in the big blind and Carmine Belvedere checked in middle position before Klay Iglesias bet from the hijack. Torner check-raised to 4,000 and both Belvedere and Iglesias called.

Torner then checked on the 5 turn and Belvedere bet 6,000. Iglesias and Torner both called. Torner checked again on the Q river and Belvedere moved all in for 12,000. Iglesias got out of the way and Torner went in the tank before calling.

Belvedere showed AK for the nut flush and Torner was forced to show 77 for a no-good set, while Iglesias revealed he folded a smaller flush with 109.

Delval Talks Monello Into a Decision

Level 2 : Blinds 100/200, 200 ante
Frederic Delval

In a heads-up pot with just over 9,000 in the middle on a board showing J659, Marco Monello checked from the small blind to Frederic Delval on the button who slid out a bet out 6,800.

Monello went deep in the tank, contemplating for close to a minute.

"You have king-jack or queen-jack?" said Delval while Monello was deep in thought.

"It's a reentry you know, there flight c, d, e, f, g," joked Delval.

After over one minute, Monello folded his hand and Delval was sent the pot.

"You want to see? I'll be nice and show you since the reporter is watching," remarked Delval as he opened 99 for a turned set of nines.

"Good fold, see I'm nice to show you", said Delval as he stacked his newly acquired chips.

Jimmy Gomes opened to 600 from under the gun and Emmanouil Chrysovergis made the call next to act. The rest of the table got out of the way and the pair saw a flop of K42.

Gomes continued for 400 and Chrysovergis came along to the 10 turn. Both players checked their options to the A river and Gomes took a moment before tossing in a bet of 1,000. Chrysovergis elected on a raise to 2,500 and Gomes went deep in the tank.

After over a minute of thought, Gomes reluctantly let his cards go and the pot was sent to Chrysovergis.
