The PokerStars European Poker Tour Cyprus continues today at the luxurious Merit Royal Diamond Hotel Casino & Spa with Day 1 of the $3,000 Mystery Bounty running as part of a packed midweek schedule. The event commences at 2 p.m. local time.
Players will start the Mystery Bounty with stacks of 30,000 chips. Blind levels kick off at 100/200 with a 200 big blind ante. There will be twelve 40-minute levels running on Day 1, with a 20-minute break every three levels and a 75-minute dinner break after Level 9.
This is a three day event with unlimited entries, and late registration remains open until the start of Day 2. It's always a popular format, made even more appealing as a 'series saver' for anyone who drops out of the Main Event before the money.
Out of the $3,000 entry fee, $1,000 will go towards the Mystery Bounty prize pool.

At the start of Day 2, each player will receive a Mystery Bounty token and whoever busts them will gain their token. These can then be traded in for a prize envelope anytime after the second break on Day 2 (approximately 5:15 p.m. local time).
Bounty prizes will be confirmed once late registration is over, but could reach as high as $100,000.
Stay tuned to PokerNews for live updates of the event from start to finish straight from the tournament floor.
