Adams Hits His "Magic Card"
Level 4
: 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Heads-up on a flop of 4♥5♣3♠, Tom Orpaz bet 5,000 from the cutoff and Timothy Adams called in the big blind.
The turn came the 8♣ and Orpaz bet another 11,000. Adams again called to see the 2♥ river, where he led out for 35,000.
"The magic card for you. Look at this guy. Anything but a deuce," Orpaz said as he mucked. Adams then showed the 3♣ as he took the pot.
"Three is winning. I had ace-high. You were bluffing with the best hand," Orpaz added.
