Wiciak, Sydenstricker Get Away Cheap From Cooler Flops

Simon Wiciak raised to 600,000 on the button with Q9 and Carl Shaw defended 84.

The 44Q flop gave Wiciak two pair but Shaw trip fours. Both players checked to the K turn, where Shaw led out for 1,700,000 and Wiciak got away from his hand.

The next hand, Wiciak limped in with A9, Joao Sydenstricker raised QJ to 925,000, and Wiciak called.

The flop came J99 as Sydenstricker was the one to make two pair this time while Wiciak hit trips. Both players checked and Wiciak bet 1,500,000 on the 5 turn and got called.

Wiciak bet another 4,000,000 on the 2 river and Sydenstricker used a time bank before folding.
