Welcome to Day 1f of the €1,100 Pokerstars Estrellas Poker Tour Main Event, running at Casino Barcelona. The action commences at 6 p.m. local time.

This is the sixth of eight starting flights. Players will begin with stacks of 30,000 chips. Day 1f has an accellerated format with blinds increasing every 30 minutes. There are 15-minute breaks scheduled throughout the day.

Late registration is open until the start of Level 11 and players can take two entries per flight. A total of 15 percent of the field will make it through to Day 2 and into the money.

After the first four starting flights, Pavlos Xanthopoulos of Greece emerged as the chip leader with 799,000. Theodoros Ampelikiotis, also from Greece, is in second place with 772,000, and is the only other player so far to have breached the 700,000 mark.

Notable players to advance to Day 2 so far include Carl Shaw, Antoine Saout, Uri Reichenstein and Team Pokerstars Pro Arlie Shaban, among others.

The first four flights attracted 1,928 entries and 289 players have already earned their seat in Day 2. Day 1e started earlier today and has amassed over 1,300 additional entries so far, with late registration still open.

Following a middle position raise and call, Jerome Buruil called on the button, then Murat Yilmaz reraised to 3,200. Eric Qu moved all in from the small blind for a touch under 32,000. Action folded back around to Buruil, who was the only player to make the call.

Players flipped their cards, with Qu at risk.
