Badziakouski Gets Value from Top Pair

Level 18 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Mikita Badziakouski limped in from the small blind with {k-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} and Marius Gierse checked his option holding {k-Spades}{7-Hearts}. The flop came {j-Spades}{8-Spades}{4-Clubs} and both players checked to the {k-Hearts} on the turn.

Badziakouski led out with a bet of 100,000 after making top pair and Gierse called with the inferior kicker. The {10-Hearts} completed the board and Badziakouski tossed in another bet of 175,000. Gierse quickly called and Badziakouski tabled the best hand to take down the pot.
