Welcome to another event at the 2022 PokerStars European Poker Tour London, which is hosted at the fantastic Hilton Park Lane. Today's action sees Day 1 of the EPT Platinum Pass Mystery Bounty play out, which begins at 3 p.m. local time.
This is the third Mystery Bounty Event at EPT London, and follows the £10,200 Mystery Bounty and the £440 UKIPT Mystery Bounty Cup, which were won by Juan Pardo (£80,280) and Henrik Veldhoem (£39,716) respectively.
While those events were thrilling in their own right, there's an extra shine on this edition as a huge $30,000 Platinum Pass to the PokerStars Players Championship is up for grabs when the mystery bounties come into play on Day 2.
The plan of action for Day 1 is to play twelve 40-minute levels, with breaks taking place every two hours. Entrants begin with 30,000 starting stack and will need to bag and tag a stack to make it through to the second stage. Blinds will begin at 100/100 and a 100 big blind ante will be in play from the get go.
All players who survive Day 1 will receive a mystery bounty token and will be able to claim any prizes after 3 p.m. on Day 2. Possible prizes could be as followed, but are not limited to:
£100,000 | £10,000 |
£50,000 | £5,000 |
£30,000 | £1,000 |
£15,000 | £500 |
Late registration is open until the start of Day 2, so players are able to bypass the first day of play should they wish to.
