Newman's Bluff Gets Picked Off

Level 3 : Blinds 1,000/1,500, 1,500 ante

Three players headed to a flop of {j-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{6-Hearts} with around 15,000 in the middle. Paul Newey tossed in a bet of 6,500 and was called by Philip Sternheimer and Graeme Newman.

The turn brought the {4-Hearts} and all three players checked to the {k-Hearts} on the river. Newman led out with a bet of 15,000 this time and Newey called while Sternheimer got out of the way.

Newman flipped over {7-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} for just a pair of sixes while Newey showed {k-Spades}{j-Spades} for two pair to win the pot.
