Perelygin Lets Lipskis Do the Betting

Level 24 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Sergey Perelygin opened to 60,000 in early position and received one call behind him from Paulius Lipskis, who was in the cutoff. The flop fell {4-Spades}{10-Clubs}{q-Clubs} and Perelygin checked to Lipskis, who fired out a bet of 60,000. Perelygin called.

The turn came {9-Spades} and Perelygin checked again. Lipskis kept his foot on the gas, betting another 120,000. Perelygin thought for around a minute and then matched the bet, bringing the river {6-Clubs} where both players checked to take the hand to showdown.

Perelygin tabled {q-Spades}{j-Spades} and Lipskis acknowledged the hand with a nod, looked back at his own cards, and then sent them to the muck.
