One Showdown

Level 20 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

After a few raises and take-its, Derek Ip limped in from under the gun and Vladimir Troyanovskiy completed his small blind. Anton Yakuba opted to check in the big blind.

They all checked through the {q-Spades}{6-Hearts}{a-Diamonds} flop to the {4-Clubs} on the turn. Troyanovskiy checked, Yakuba bet 45,000 and Ip tanked. He flicked in a time bank card and when his second batch of 30-seconds was halfway through, he flicked another card over the line. He made the call before his time was up though so the card was pushed back to Ip for later use. Troyanovskiy quickly folded.

The river completed the board with the {3-Hearts} and both players checked again. Yakuba tabled {k-Spades}{10-Hearts} for Ip to quickly show {5-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} for the pair of fives to pick up the pot.
