Pedersen Chips Up a Bit

Level 13 : 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante

Anatoly Filatov was in early position and raised to 6,500. He was called by both George Wolff in the hijack and Simon Pedersen, who was on the button, and the three saw the flop come {2-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}. Filatov checked over to Wolff, who fired out 10,000 and received a call from Pedersen. Filatov folded.

Action went heads up to the turn {4-Diamonds} and both players checked. The river came {7-Clubs} and Wolff checked again. Pedersen put out a bet of 27,000 and Wolff thought for a little before putting out chips to call.

Pedersen tabled {9-Clubs}{9-Hearts} for two pair, nines and deuces, and Wolff mucked his hand to result in the pot being sent Pedersen's way, bringing him over 200,000 as a result.
