Conor Beresford raised to 65,000 from the hijack and Nicola Grieco called on the button. The flop was {q-Spades}{10-Hearts}{6-Spades} and Beresford checked. Grieco bet 75,000 and Beresford called.

The turn brought the {9-Spades} and Beresford checked again. With a quick flick of his wrist, Grieco splashed 225,000 into the pot and Beresford called a second time.

On the {2-Hearts} river, Beresford checked a third time. Grieco picked up what appeared to be a random amount of T-25,000 chips, totaling 400,000, and quickly put them in the middle. Beresford folded after some thought.

Grieco stood up and slammed {a-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} open on the felt. He then gave a proud, minute-long speech in Italian, mostly directed at Beresford personally, and the table roared in laughter at the sudden outburst.

Once the verbal barrage had stopped, Beresford told Grieco "You told a good story, I really believed you" in regards to his hand.
