Verbraeken Wins Some Back

Level 21 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

In the last hand before the break on the feature table, Jorden Verbraeken raised to 24,000 from under the gun with {a-Diamonds}{k-Spades} and was called by James Romero in the big blind who had {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds}.

The flop came {4-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{8-Hearts}, Romero check-called the 25,000 continuation-bet of Verbraeken.

Romero checked again when the {3-Spades} was turned over and Verbraeken barreled a bet of 45,000 over the line which Romero called.

The river completed the board with the {k-Clubs}, Romero checked for the last time and then folded when Verbraeken fired another bet in for 130,000.
