Carrel: "Someone Teach Me GTO!"

Level 16 : 15,000/30,000, 30,000 ante

Kazuhiko Yotsushika opened to 150,000 and Charlie Carrel defended his big blind.

The pair checked the {6-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{7-Diamonds} flop and the turn was the {k-Diamonds}. Carrel checked and Yotsushika bet 500,000.

"Big?" asked Carrel, but all Yotsushika did in response is motion for Carrel to fold his hand.

Eventually Carrel did so. "Non-GTO fold," he said but buried his face in his hands when Yotsushika showed {k-Spades}.

"Someone teach me GTO!" said Carrel. "I'll do whatever Pio tells me to!"

"Don't fold two pair," said Isaac Haxton.

"It's alright," said Sean Winter. "You could still have been rivered."

"Thank you!" said Carrel. Both he and Yotsushika are the only players over two million in chips.
