Haxton Doubles Before Dinner Break

Level 14 : 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

In the last hand before the dinner break, Adrian Mateos raised to 9,000 from the cutoff. Philipp Gruissem called from the small blind and Isaac Haxton shoved all in for 60,000 in the big blind. Mateos folded but Gruissem called to put Haxton at risk.

Isaac Haxton: {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}
Philipp Gruissem: {k-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}

The flop came {a-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{6-Hearts} and Haxton stayed in the lead with his pair of queens. The turn was the {a-Diamonds} and the river brought the {8-Clubs} to give Haxton a full double up.

The remaining 16 players are now taking a 75-minute dinner break.
