Ruzicka Triples Up

Level 29 : 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Vojtech Ruzicka
Vojtech Ruzicka

Vojtech Ruzicka raised to 290,000 from the early position and kept 5,000 behind. Jan Dentler called in the hijack and Romain Vial three-bet shoved on the button with the bigger stack. Action folded back to Ruzicka who contemplated his options for a while until he heard that Michael Soyza had been eliminated over on the other table. With the pay jump in the pocket, Ruzicka made the call while Dentler folded.

Vojtech Ruzicka: {a-Spades}{q-Spades}
Romain Vial: {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}

The flop came {j-Spades}{10-Clubs}{5-Spades} for Ruzicka to pick up the flush and gutshot to a straight draw.

The turn was the {4-Diamonds} which didn't change things but the {6-Spades} on the river gave Ruzicka the flush he needed to triple up.
