Francolini Misses the Payjump
Level 21
: 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
In a blind-on-blind battle between Adam Jonsson and Mauro Francolini, the action wasn't drawing any eyeballs to the table as both players kept the pot small on a board, building the pot just north of the 100k mark.
On the river, however, Jonsson decided to shove all in, putting Francolini to a decision for his remaining stack of about two times the size of the pot. Francolini considered his options for about thirty seconds before flicking in a calling chip.
Jonsson showed for the turned two pair, Francolini was forced to reveal his weaker and was subsequently eliminated. The remaining players are now all guaranteed at least €20,340.
