Sinclair Dismantles Peters
The star-studded table 35 had shed one of its premier players, courtesy of another top dog. From middle position, David Peters saw an flop against Jack Sinclair and checked. Sinclair, on the button, bet 3,500 and Peters called. The on the turn got checked by both players.
Peters, with 9,800 behind in total, checked the river to Sinclair. The Brit casually flung three T-5,000 chips in, and the normally motionless Peters started moving and went in deep thought, eventually settling on a fold after two minutes.
The hand after, Peters flicked it in for said 9,800 in chips and Sinclair threw in two chips to indicate a call. All other players went out of the way.
