One Hand, Four All-Ins!
Five players saw a flop together with around 11,000 in the middle. After three players checked, Andrea De Giorgio bet 7,000 from middle position, Lukasz Kubiczi called from the cutoff and Dimitrios Angeletopoulos called as well from the small blind.
The flop action wasn't done just yet as Leonid Orman, the initial raiser in early position, shoved all in for 20,000. De Giorgio came over the top for 23,000 total and Kubiczi also flung all his chips in, covering both players with 40,000 total.
With that, action was brought back to Angeletopoulos who also called all in (!), creating a four-way showdown with no fewer than three players at risk.
Dimitrios Angeletopoulos:
Leonid Orman:
Lukasz Kubiczi:
Andrea De Giorgio:
All four players had a legitimate reason to be involved and tried to win the hand with their respective holdings, although Kubiczi's outlook was beyond bleak due to De Giorgio's set, while Orman needed one of the remaining kings to survive.
The on the turn improved Angeletoupoulos to the nut straight and the on the river kept him in the lead. Kubizci was left short, while Orman and De Giorgio hit the rail.
