Two Small Pots for Akkari and Hissou

Level 3 : 100/300, 300 ante
Sirzat Hissou
Sirzat Hissou

Jack Sinclair opened to 700 and Sirzat Hissou defended his big blind. The pair checked the {2-Spades}{q-Hearts}{8-Clubs} flop and the turn was the {3-Spades}.

Hissou check-called 1,000 and the river was the {4-Spades}. Both players checked and Hissou took down the pot with {5-Hearts}{3-Clubs} for a pair of threes.

Meanwhile Federico Quevedo had opened to 800 from under the gun and got called from Andre Akkari. Andrew Christoforou then three-bet to 3,500 and both players called.

The flop came {7-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{j-Hearts} and it checked to Christoforou who bet 5,500. Quevedo folded and Akkari check-raised to 13,500.

Christoforou used up a time extension before folding. He hadn't realised until the dealer reminded him.

"I didn't even look! God, not only have you cost me chips you've cost me a time bank as well!" he said, and the table chuckled.
