Bagirov Doubles Through Pateychuk

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Action folded to Andrey Pateychuk and the former EPT champ jammed in the small blind to set Sergei Bagirov in. He quickly called and showed {a-Spades}{j-Diamonds}, dominating Pateychuk's {a-}{5-}. The {8-Clubs}{j-Spades}{8-Hearts} flop had Pateychuk begin counting out a dub — it turned out to be 495,000 — and the {k-Hearts} turn confirmed he'd be sending it over.

Zeiter Pushing Hard to the Finish

Level 25 : 20,000/40,000, 40,000 ante

Evangelos Bechrakis defended big blind and built a pot of about 800,000 with Diego Zeiter, who raised on the button and barreled down a board of {9-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{5-Spades}{q-Hearts}{k-Spades}. Bechrakis faced an all-in river bet and he tank-folded for his last 1 million or so.

The next hand, Zeiter again raised and got action from the big blind, this time Serhii Holodiuk. The board read {k-Clubs}{q-Spades}{6-Spades}{2-Clubs} on the turn and Holodiuk checked and called 165,000, using a time bank. On the {4-Diamonds} river, he check-folded to 450,000.
