"Hippo Smells a Trap"
Level 13
: 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante
Martin Kabrhel opened under the gun to 32,000 and got action from Mustapha Kanit, in the cutoff. Kabrhel allowed Kanit to lead the betting on the flop, and Kabrhel ended up check-calling 38,000. He check-called 88,000 more on the turn and the river made it a board. Kanit thought a few minutes before sliding in 155,000. That made Kabrhel tank awhile.
"Hippo smells a trap," he said at long last, lifting his figurine.
"That is always an option," Kanit replied. "I love to trap."
"I like your talk, it makes me want to call," Kabrhel said.
After awhile more though, he mucked.
