Van Zadelhoff Busts Two

Level 17 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

Right after the bubble had burst, Davidi Kitai had shoved all in from the button for 60,000. Van Zadelhoff called from the big blind with {K-}{K-} and was up against Kitai's {8-}{9-}. Kitai made a straight on the turn and Van Zadelhoff dropped down to 140,000.

Not much later though, he would get all of it back, and then some.

Mike Andreassen open shoved his last 60,000 to the middle from early position and in late position Alejandro Perez Torres followed suit committing his 120,000 stack. Action folded to Steven van Zadelhoff in the big blind and the Dutchman called.

Steven van Zadelhoff: {A-Spades}{Q-Clubs}
Mike Andreassen: {Q-Hearts}{10-Hearts}
Alejandro Perez Torres: {A-Clubs}{10-Clubs}

The flop came {8-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{6-Spades}, doing nothing really for anyone. The {3-Clubs} on the turn gave Torres a flush draw, but the {5-Diamonds} on the river was a blank and Van Zadelhoff knocked out both of his opponents.
