Lodden Loses a Heap to Stadler

Level 9 : 400/800, 100 ante

A flop of {8-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} prompted a bunch of action from three players, starting with German Alexander Stadler, who bet 5,000 from the hijack. Patrick Sacrispeyre called from the button, and PokerStars Team Pro Johnny Lodden, who had checked from early position, came out with a raise to 21,500. Stadler thought a couple of minutes and moved all in for 67,300. Sacrispeyre considered things for a bit and called off his stack of about 25,000, and Lodden immediately flipped in a call.

Lodden: {a-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}
Sacrispeyre: {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}
Stadler: {4-Spades}{4-Clubs}

Stadler had to be happy to see a couple of flush draws blocking each others' outs, and the {6-Clubs} turn and {2-Clubs} river bricked out. Lodden sent him the majority of his stack, while Sacrispeyre shipped all of his.
