Aces vs Kings vs Kings

Level 4 : 100/200, 25 ante

There was a commotion from the other side of the Salle des Etoiles and we raced over to see what had happened. There were cameras out and people were snapping pictures of the board which read {Q-Spades}{4-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{A-Spades}{J-Spades}. But it wasn't the board they wanted to see, it was the players hands. Alexey Pak had {K-Spades}{K-Clubs}, Uladzimir Zakharau had {K-Diamonds}{K-Hearts} and Samantha Abernathy was ahead with {A-Diamonds}{A-Clubs}.

The action started pre-flop with the UTG player opening, and Pak 3-betting to 1,500. In the hijack Zakharau made it 4,000 before Abernathy, with Aces on the button raised it up to 10,000. The UTG player got out of the way and Pak 6-bet jammed. He got called by Zakharau and Abernathy and then the carnage unfolded.

Pak and Zakharau both rivered straights to chop the pot, and leave Abernathy crippled after her bad beat with Aces.
