Kaiser Calls it Off

Level 16 : 2,000/4,000, 500 ante

On a hand that went 12 minutes into the last break Ronny Kaiser managed to lose a huge pot that put him near the bottom of the counts.

The action started with Kaiser who raised and the player in the small blind called after which Frei Dilling three-bet from the big blind to 19,500. Both Kaiser and the small blind called, and the flop rolled out {K-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{6-Hearts}.

The small blind checked to Dilling who bet 27,000 and only Kaiser decided to make the call. On the turn the {J-Spades} hit and Dilling fired out another 53,000. Kaiser tanked long, but ultimately called.

On the river the {6-Clubs} popped up and this time Dilling put together a bet worth 96,000. Kaiser tanked for several minutes while about 20 people stood along the rail to watch the action. Eventually the former EPT Tallinn winner called and was shown {A-Diamonds}{K-Spades}.

Dilling took down the pot with top pair top kicker and he's now among the biggest stacks in the room.
