Mike McDonald, former EPT Dortmund winner and PCA Main Event runner-up, is working on an amazing year already with three seven-figure scores. Some might even say the force is with him.
Just now, towards the end of the first level, we saw McDonald play a small but interesting pot.
McDonald raised from late position to 450 and was called by the player in the big blind. The flop brought out 
and both players checked.
On the turn the 
hit and McDonald's opponent bet 775. The Canadian pro made the call and on the river the 
popped up. This time McDonald faced a 1,175-chip bet and he called rather quickly.
The number three on the Canadian all-time money list was shown 
and that meant his 
were strong enough to take down the pot.
