On Table 13 Paul Berende in the one seat, Govert Metaal in the two seat and Rasmus Nielsen in the three seat are as thick as thieves this first level. Berende has been trying to persuade Metaal that Nielsen is a maniac and Metaal has been insisting that he himself will only play premium hands.
When Nielsen gets a fold on the flop from another player Metaal asks him to show ace queen or aces on the queen high flop, Nielsen does indeed show 
. A few hands later it was Metaal who got a fold by betting on the river and showing 
for a bluff.
“Just a small bluff on the first level.” Metaal insisted.
