Alilovic All In On Bubble Too

Level 17 : 2,500/5,000, 500 ante

While it was confirmed that Agshin Rasulov‏ had been eliminated attention turned to another table where Miroslav Alilovic had shoved the river on a board reading {6-Spades}{10-Spades}{5-Clubs}{j-Spades}{q-Spades}. Alex Klimashin made the call to put Alilovic at risk of elimination.

If Alilovic was to exit the tournament at the same time as Rasulov they would split bottom place prize. The tournament director instructed the two players to turn over their cards.

Alilovic had {k-Spades}{4-Spades} for the king high flush and the watching crowd waited to see if Klimashin could beat it. He too had a flush but his {9-Spades}{6-Hearts} was second best. Alilovic doubled up and it was confirmed that Rasulov was the stone cold bubble.
