The winner of the €5k NL tourney is going to receive a massive first prize of €200,900. The event kicked off yesterday with 187 players and is now just down to 52 including Team PokerStars Pros Liv Boeree and Jason Mercier, Tobias Reinkemeier, Mike McDonald, Thomas Muhlocker, David Vamplew, Artem Litvinov, Full Tilt Poker Ambassador Dermot Blain, Toby Lewis, Marvin Rettenmaier, film star Patrick Bruel, Sorel Mizzi, Sam Chartier, Olivier Busquet, Max Altergott and Justin Bonomo.
The current chip leader is German player Akin Tuna who has 171,100, ahead of Georgios Karakousis who was runner-up at EPT London in October for £349,200. A total of 27 players will get a share of the €906,950 prize pool.
