The player under the gun opened for 9,000 and two positions down it was Farid Jattin who shoved his 84,000 in. Fabiano Kovalski in the big blind seemed interested, and asked for a count. He then called, and the initial raiser folded.
Fabiano Kovalski:
Farid Jattin:
It was an unfair match up and Jattin had literally already left the tournament area by the time the turn was on the table: . Down to 97, two from the money.
There was an under-the-gun raise when Farid Jattin three-bet to 35,000 from the small blind. Vladimir Troyanovskiy in the big blind smooth called and the original raiser got out of the way.
The flop was and Troyanovskiy called a bet of just over 30,000 from Jattin. The turn card was the and Jattin thought for a bit before betting 65,000. Troyanovskiy gave him a long hard look and made the call again.
The river was the . Again Jattin took his time before betting 79,000 which was nearly half his remaining stack. It was now a big pot and if Troyanovskiy got it wrong he would slip down the pack.
He took a couple of minutes to think about it but eventually made the call. Jattin tapped the table in surrender but had to turn over his cards, . Troyanovskiy tabled .
“Good call.” said one of the other players at the table.
“Experience.” said Troyanovskiy with a slight smile.
The Skrill Last Longer competition has been being held at each stop on this season’s EPT, of which they’re an official sponsor. The promotion is simple – players sign up for the promotion either online (preregistration is available) or at the Skrill booth (which will be present at each stop); don a Skrill patch; and then aim to be the last man or woman standing. The last player remaining will then receive their buy-in back via their Skrill account.
It's the last stop of Season 10, and that means it's the last Skill Last Longer competition of the season. On Day 1a, 214 players took their shot at poker glory on Day 1a, and of them 31 players participated in the contest, which was 14% of the field. Day 1b saw 41 players register, which was 10% of that starting field. Today, just 13 of them return to action (scroll to the bottom of this post to see which players began Day 3).
While Skrill upped the ante for Season 10 with a bigger branding initiative, it wasn't their first appearance on the EPT; as a matter of fact, they were a sponsor of Season 8 and have held previous “Last Longer” promotions.

Pascal Vos had just a handful of chips remaining when he moved all in with from the smallblind, Luca Moschitta quickly called with in the big blind and the Italian was never in trouble on the board.
There are 98 players remaining but just 95 will be getting paid.
Another all in and a call as Timo Eckert, the short stack and the player at risk, tabled . He had been called by Ville Wahlbeck, a Team PokerStars Pro from Finland, who showed
The flop was . It couldn’t have got much worse for Eckert on the flop and that was just emphasised by the turn .
It did give him some outs though but when the river came the Eckert, who started the day short, rose from his seat as his tournament came to an end.
Philipp Gruissem just four-bet shoved from the button against a David William's three-bet from the big blind. The Team PokerStars Pro snap-called all in and the pair were off to the races.
Gruissem:
Williams:
The board came and Williams moved up to almost a quarter of a million chips.
