Jungleman On Fire, Says Jungleman

Level 4 : 1,000/2,000, 300 ante
Daniel Cates
Daniel Cates

Dan “Jungleman” Cates was explaining to Daniel Colman how he had tried to buy bitcoins but had only got as far as some strange page on his computer before giving up, but he was still excited by the idea. “If you’re a true gambler, if you’re playing poker with bitcoins, I mean you’re gambling while you’re gambling.” he reasoned animatedly. That got a chuckle out of Colman and a few minutes later they fell quiet as they got involved in a hand with each other.

Cates opened on the button for 5,000 and Colman three-bet him from the small blind to 17,000. The big blind folded and Cates made the call.

The flop was {5-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{3-Spades} and a bet of 14,000 from Colman saw a call from Cates. The turn card was the {q-Hearts} and when Colman checked a bet of 43,000 from Cates got a fold.

“I’m on fire son.” Jungleman said and Colman did give a, “Good bet.”
