Rossiter Eliminated

Level 10 : 4,000/8,000, 1,000 ante

We saw Jeff Rossiter exit the tournament area. We asked him what had happened and he was polite enough to fill us in.

According to Rossiter, Daniel Cates had minraised the hijack. Rossiter, who was on the button with about 185,000, raised it up to 40,000. Cates shoved, Rossiter called and the innevitable show down was there.

Cates had {A-}{K-} and beat Rossiter's {A-}{Q-}. No improvement for Rossiter who made his way to the rail right before the first break.
