Lundmark Calls it Right

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Albert Daher opened for 40,000 and Kent Lundmark called from the big blind. They saw a flop of {k-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{6-Spades}. Lundmark checked it over and Daher made it 40,000. A raise to 115,000 from Lundmark was called and they saw a turn card {a-Spades} which they both checked. The river was a {7-Clubs} and again Lundmark checked and when Daher bet 125,000 he made the call and Daher threw his cards in to concede the pot.

Schleich Doubles Through Kitai

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante
Martin Schleich
Martin Schleich

Action was passed around to Martin Schleich in the small blind and he moved all in for 212,000. Davidi Kitai got a count in the big blind and then made the call.

Schleich: {K-Clubs}{5-Spades}
Kitai: {3-Hearts}{3-Spades}

The {10-Clubs}{J-Spades}{4-Hearts} flop didn't help the German but the {K-Hearts} on the turn left him just needing to avoid a three, which he did on the {A-Diamonds} river. A small hit for Kitai as a result.

Kitai Takes Big One off Daher

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

Albert Daher opened for 40,000 under-the-gun and was called by Davidi Kitai on the button. The blinds folded and the two players went at it again. The flop was {10-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{6-Clubs} Daher bet 56,000 and Kitai called. The {9-Spades} on the turn and Daher check called a bet of 110,000 from Kitai. The river was the {2-Spades}. Daher checked once more and Kitai cut out a bet of 220,000 which Daher instantly called by flicking out a chip, Kitai turned over {q-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} for trips and a big pot was pushed to Kitai who now takes the chip lead.

Poles' Positions

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante

There isn't a huge rail surrounding the High Roller Final Table at the moment but there is a small group of Poles supporting Dominik Panka. Also with them is 'honourary Pole-for-a-day' Mateusz Moolhuizen. The group all played the satellite to the High Roller together and now they're rooting for Panka to win back-to-back 10k events.

Kitai Makes Back-to-Back Four-Bets

Level 21 : 10,000/20,000, 3,000 ante
Davidi Kitai
Davidi Kitai

A fascinating dynamic between Davidi Kitai and Albert Daher is developing. Kitai raised to 44,000 preflop from middle position and Albert Daher responded on the button with a three-bet to 112,000. Kitai came back over the top with a four-bet to 288,000 and after a think, Daher gave it up.

The very next hand saw Kitai open to 44,000, again Daher three-bet to 112,000 - this time from the small blind but once again Kitai four-bet to 288,000!

"You again huh?" said Daher with a wry smile. The Lebanese chip leader asked for a count of Kitai's stack, then, seemingly satisfied, gave up the pot.

This one isn't over...

Kitai Pressure

Level 20 : 8,000/16,000, 2,000 ante
Davidi Kitai
Davidi Kitai

Davidi Kitai seems to be the player driving the action at this final table so far with his desire to open pots and apply pressure to the other players. He has increased his stack in just over an hour from a start of 733,000 to 914,000.

Kitai opened on the button for 34,000 and Dominik Pańka called from the big blind. The two players saw a flop of {3-Diamonds}{2-Hearts}{9-Spades}. Pańka checked and Kitai continued for 28,000. Pańka made the call and they saw a turn card {k-Clubs}. Check again from Pańka and another bet of 28,000 which Pańka again called. The river was the {6-Clubs}. A final check from Pańka and Kitai made it 83,000. A few minutes thought from Pańka during which he sat absolutely still before deciding to fold.
