Patty Cake, Patty Cake, I'm the Baker's Man

David Kahan opened to 1,700 from the cutoff seat, Grzegorz Gosk three-bet to 4,200 on his direct left, and Michael "The Grinder" Mizrachi instantly cold four-bet to 8,400. Kahan folded, and Gosk went into the tank before five-betting to 15,200.

Mizrachi turned his opponent, stared him down, examined his stack, and then pushed forward all of his blue T5,000 chips, putting Gosk all in. The Polish player called.

Mizrachi: {9-Diamonds}{9-Spades}
Gosk: {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}

The {8-Spades}{7-Spades}{3-Spades} flop was terrible for Gosk, taking away two of his outs and if a spade turned then he'd be drawing dead. The turn was not a spade, rather it was the {6-Diamonds}, and the river was an ace - the {a-Spades}.

For a moment, it looked as if Gosk thought he won, but Mizrachi separated the {9-Spades} from the {9-Diamonds}, signifying that he had indeed made a flush.

The Grinder is now above the 200,000-chip threshold, sitting with around 240,000 chips.
