Bass found some hope by flopping an open-ended straight draw after , but nothing materialized as running deuces (the and ) came on the following streets. Bass was sent packing and Pecheux scooped up a pot that brought him up to about 730,000.
The very next hand, action folded around to Mario Vojvoda who moved all in from the small blind. Igor Izmaylov peeked at his cards and snapped him off, calling for his own tournament life. Vojvoda showed but threw his hands up in the air in disbelief when Izmaylov rolled over the best possible hand - .
Vojvoda's disappointment would only be brief, however, as the flop of instantly awarded him with two pair. Izmaylov could only shake his head as the fell on the turn and the on the river, cracking his aces and eliminating him from play. Vojvoda dragged in the pot and now has about 105,000.
