Yong Spikes the River; Duval Ousted by Mercier
With 28,000 or so in the pot and a flop of , Richard Young led out for 12,000 from the small blind only to have Nadar Kakhmazov raise to 35,000 from middle position. Yong quickly collected his chips, stacked them and slid them into the pot for an all-in shove of 83,000. Kakhmazov snap-called.

Yong had flopped top pair, but it was no good as Kakhmazov held two pair. The turn was of no consequence, and that meant Yong needed to catch a queen on the river to stay alive. Amazingly, much like Carter Gill's opponent did in last week's viral poker video, he did just that when the rolled off.
