A deal was turned down by Martin Finger who, "Just wanted to play," and the three Germans are back at it!

Johannes Strassmann (5th Place) & Bill Perkins (6th Place)

Johannes Strassmann moved all in from the button for 650,000 chips and Martin Finger woke up with a monster hand in the small blind. Finger called and Perkins moved all in over the top! Finger called this shove as well creating a giant three-way all in!

Strassmann: {J-Hearts}{9-Clubs}
Finger: {Q-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}
Perkins: {A-Clubs}{J-Diamonds}

The flop ran out {A-Diamonds}{Q-Hearts}{6-Clubs} and while Perkins hit top pair it was Finger who made a set! On the turn the {7-Diamonds} hit and the river was the {6-Spades}. Both Strassmann and Perkins were knocked out and that means we are three handed with three Germans!

Timothy Adams Eliminated in 6th Place (£175,200)

Level 20 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante
Timothy Adams - 6th Place
Timothy Adams - 6th Place

Bill Perkins opened for 200,000 from the hijack with the {6-Spades}{6-Diamonds} only to have Timothy Adams three-bet all in for 1.13 million from the small blind with the {7-Spades}{7-Clubs}. The big folded and Perkins snap-called only to discover that he was dominated.

The {3-Spades}{10-Clubs}{a-Hearts} flop was dry as can be, and Perkins began calling for cards to chop. Despite him believing he could catch running cards to chop, Perkins' only chance to win the hand was to catch a six. After the {Q-Diamonds} turned, Perkins realized he was incorrect about the chop possibilities and began to count out chips. As he was doing so, the dealer burned one last time and put out the {6-Hearts}! Perkins hit two outer to send Adams, who if you recall bubbled the €50,000 Super High Roller in Barcelona in eighth place, to the rail in sixth place for £175,200.

Vogelsang Takes One

Level 20 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Martin Finger raised to 160,000 from the cutoff after which Christoph Vogelsang called from the big blind.

The flop brought {5-Spades}{2-Spades}{10-Hearts} and Vogelsang checked to Finger who bet 175,000 and Vogelsang called.

On the turn the {8-Spades} hit and both players checked. The river brought the {5-Diamonds} and it was checked again.

Finger had {A-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} and Vogelsang won with {A-Clubs}{Q-Spades}.

Reinkemeier Makes a Nice Call on the River

Level 20 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Tobias Reinkemeier oped for 160,000 from the cutoff with the {a-Hearts}{10-Hearts} and Johannes Strassmann opted to take a flop with the {10-Clubs}{6-Clubs} in the big blind. The {q-Spades}{5-Clubs}{8-Clubs} flop gave Strassmann a flush draw, but he checked to Reinkemeier. A bet of 180,000 was made, Strassmann called, and then both players checked the {2-Spades} turn.

When the {7-Hearts} completed the board on the river, Strassmann wasted little time in betting 280,000 and Reinkemeier seemed suspicious. He thought long and hard before making the call, which earned him the juicy pot.

Another One For Perkins

Level 20 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Bill Perkins raised to 200,000 from the button with {4-Spades}{4-Clubs} right after he doubled up and Christoph Vogelsang looked down at {J-Clubs}{9-Spades} in the big blind. Vogelsang made the call and the flop brought {2-Spades}{7-Clubs}{7-Hearts}.

Vogelsang checked to Perkins who moved all in almost immediately and his opponent gave up. Perkins took down another pot and keeps chipping up nicely.

"Perky Lives"

Level 20 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

In the first hand of the level, Martin Finger raised to 160,000 from the button only to have Bill Perkins three-bet shove for 745,000. Finger asked for a count and then made the call.

Perkins: {a-Hearts}{9-Spades}
Finger: {k-Clubs}{j-Hearts}

Perkins got it in good, but he looked crestfallen when the {5-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} flop paired Finger's jack. The {8-Spades} turn didn't hit Perkins directly, but it did increase his outs from three to eleven. "One time?" Perkins asked his rail, which includes Jeff Gross. The dealer obliged and put out the {A-Spades}.

Perkins clapped his hands together and shouted, "One time." He then composed himself, looked at his rail, put his hands over his mouth and in a high-pitched voice said, "Perky lives."
