Klosinski Climbs, Cazals Busts, Hanowski Would Have Won!

A huge pot just took place in the center of the room that resulted in Aubin Cazals being eliminated.

A preflop raising war broke out that resulted in Cazals pushing all-in for around 100,000; Mariusz Klosinski moving all-in for over 350,000 and Martin Hanowsky sat wondering what the best course of action was.

The longer Hanowski took to decide his play, the more members of the media surrounded his table, until there were 12-15 media people watching intently. Eventually, Hanowski folded and showed pocket queens.

"That's a good fold," acknowledged Klosinski.

And it was a good fold because although Cazals could only muster {A-Clubs}{J-Spades}, Klosinski was sat their with the daddy of all Hold'em hands, {A-Spades}{A-}.

The dealer burned a card as the crowd watched on eagerly, wondering what the five community cards had in store for them. The first card out of the deck was the {Q-Diamonds}, which would have gifted Hanowski a set of queens — much to his disappointment. The queen was followed by the {7-Diamonds} and {10-Hearts}, then the {j-Clubs} and finally the {4-Hearts}.

Had Hanowski called preflop he would be sat on almost 1,000,000 chips right now, as it is he is armed with around half that amount.
