Marc Wright Eliminated in 7th Place (€97,000)
The final British player in the field, Marc Wright, has been eliminated by Davidi Kitai and the latter takes a massive chip lead moving forward.
Wright opened to 125,000 from early position and called when Kitai three-bet to 285,000. The flop came and Kitai continued for 235,000. Call. The turn came and Kitai's second barrel for 550,000 was treated to an all-in for 2,890,000 from Wright.
Kitai tanked for more than five minutes as Wright sat there fidgeting in his seat from one position to another. Eventually he made the call and the cards were on their backs.
Kitai: for top pair.
Wright: for a double gutshot draw.
The river came and Wright looked disappointed as he left the stage. Kitai will take some stopping now.
