Cibak's Fours Take Down Pot
Thomas Cibak saw the action fold around to him on the button and he decided his was worthy of an opening raise to 10,000. The small blind folded but Jon Collado asked how many chips Cibak had behind then called when that information was given to him — around 200,000 was the answer.
The dealer fanned out the flop and Collado check-called a 15,000 bet from his opponent, prompting the dealer to deal the turn. Collado checked again and Cibak bet just 18,500 which seemed to puzzle Collado because he took much longer to call than he did on the flop. But he did call. The river was the Collado checked and Cibak gave up and checked behind.
When Collado saw Cibak's holding he mucked, saying "It's good." First blood to Cibak.
