We didn't catch the initial betting actions in the hand, but we do know Joni Jouhkimainen had put in a raise to 140,000 and John Juanda moved all in. Jouhkimainen proceeded to call off for 765,000 and discovered the bad news.

Both players paired their ace on the 
flop, but Juanda's kicker had him well out in front. The 
turn meant Jouhkimainen needed one of the three remaining eights on the river to stay alive, and wouldn't you know it, the 
spiked on the river. Neither Jouhkimainen nor Juanda reacted at all, but the fact remained the former got lucky to double through the latter.
