Gruissem Doubles, Then Busts

From under the gun, Artem Litvinov raised to 13,000. Juha Helppi called from the cutoff seat and Philipp Gruissem then moved all in for 88,000 on the button. Action folded back to Litvinov and he gave it up. Helppi quickly made the call.

Helppi held the {A-Clubs}{Q-Spades} and Gruissem the {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}.

The flop, turn and river ran out {10-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{2-Spades}{J-Spades} and Gruissem doubled up.

Shortly after that, Gruissem was involved with Ignat Liviu on the {9-Clubs}{8-Spades}{4-Clubs} flop. Gruissem had check-raised an unknown bet from Liviu to 45,000. Liviu came back with a reraise to 76,000 and then Gruissem shoved. Liviu quickly called with the {4-Hearts}{4-Spades} for bottom set. Gruissem held the {9-Spades}{7-Spades} for top pair with a backdoor flush and straight draw.

The turn was the {8-Diamonds} and river the {5-Hearts}, giving Liviu the win and sending Gruissem out the door.
